Customer service is the grease that allows businesses to function smoothly and efficiently.

Surprisingly, it is an overlooked but incredibly important part of a successful business.

Customer service makes sure every patient feels important, heard, and truly cared about.

One easy way for you to do this is to acknowledge them.

Acknowledge them if…

They have been waiting.

They are feeling better.

They are feeling worse.

They have a new haircut.

They have well-behaved children.

They refer to you.

They have followed your recommendations.

Acknowledge them.

Then either apologize, empathize, compliment, or thank when appropriate.

But first, start by acknowledging their experience and they matter to you.
