3. Simple Key to Instant Rapport
Rapport is essential, and likeability is one of the laws of influence.
However, common ground can be hard to find sometimes.
How else can you build rapport with your patients?
Give them a sincere compliment.
Look for something about them. It could be where they are from, the school they went to, the work they do, their name, their clothes, their hair, their children, their hobbies or interests, etc.
But, Be Sincere.
Because it becomes slimy if you say something you don’t mean.
Doing this can often backfire on you on the spot or in the future when they get to know you better.
You want to be authentic because it’s the right thing to do.
And because it will help you in the long term to be far more profitable.
