#122: Keep It Simple
Before you run, you must walk before you walk, you must crawl.
So, while you may have heard of a doc who has 20 decompression tables making a crazy amount per month, or anything you have heard.
You don’t start there.
You start by getting new patients, you communicate so most commit and most importantly, you then help them.
Then, you add team members that are quality and you train them.
As your team grows and your margins go, then you can add more capabilities to allow you to help more people.
The growth takes time, don’t overcomplicate it and make sure to enjoy where you are at, enjoy the adventure you are on.
