8. Do you Respond
The number one metric all platforms are looking at right now is engagement.
When someone responds to a post video or review, you should respond.
Say “Thank You,” or “Glad we could help you,” give a thumbs up, a smiley face.
Respond and be genuine.
If you dare to put yourself out there and not allow the praise or the criticism to distract you, then the modern marketing world is yours for the taking.
