59. My Commitment for 2021
By far, without a doubt, the most powerful tool that has helped me grow in all areas of my life is a pen and paper.
It’s so simple.
Something about writing my goals, vision, plans, processes, etc., brings so much clarity and calm to my life.
It helps me focus and improves execution immensely, and yet sometimes, I don’t do it as much as I should.
I am always pretty good about goals, but journaling and getting all my other thoughts, routines, stories, and habits on paper sometimes doesn’t happen.
This year, I am committing to 10 minutes every morning and evening during the week for writing in my journal.
Think about making a similar commitment this year for yourself.
I think we will both be happy with the results in a year.
I will be sending you emails to help give you some structure and thoughts to ponder, but start writing without judgment.
