19. 3 Ds for perpetual growth
There is a 3 step process to perpetually growing you office, that I have used over the years.
This process consists of 3 D's:
Growth always requires a decision that you will want to make based on strategy, and this will always require some courage.
You will have to be willing to make yourself uncomfortable and do something you have never done, or you have to give away responsibility of a duty, you have always done, to your team.
The next phase is develop.
To grow, you must improve your skills or increase your office's capabilities.
The skills don't always have to be yours, but the skill development process always requires some perseverance. It's tough to create new skills and capabilities.
The 3rd phase is deliver. To make a lot of money the right way you have to be able to solve your patient's problems and deliver the results that they are looking for.
Adding new techniques, therapies, and healing systems allow you to help more people and generate more revenue.
Then once your new cycle is complete, and the delivery system is mastered and efficient.
It is time to start again in the decision phase and decide how you can continue to grow.
