50. Quiet the Noise and Feel Less Stressed

We live in a noisy world. There are more distractions than ever before. A lot of it is useful if you control the noise. There are more documentaries, motivational speeches, instructional videos, and programs to build your skills and mindset at our disposal than ever before.


This noisy world has made people busier than ever before. I spent some time with a doc over the weekend whose new patient orientation was an hour decades ago, and now it’s 20 minutes.

That’s why it’s more important than ever to spend 10 or 15 minutes in the morning and quiet everything down.  (Learn more about organizing your day at RDT)

You can do guided meditations, breathing exercises, or sit quietly and be mindful. 

Stress will be less stressful, and fear will be less intimidating, and challenges don’t stick with you as long.

Get quiet and then charge!!!!
