This is a HOW TO for listening to Dr. Fred & Susan Schofield Online

Hello 1-1 Rhinos,

I have created step by step instructions with images so that you can get a better understanding of how to listen to the teletraining audio online.

The teletrainings (which are for one-one doctors and staff) are online at all times for both Dr. Fred and for Susan. Most of you are using Windows based PCs so this tutorial is centered around Windows Media Player and Windows XP.

The current tutorial features windows media player 9.0, I’ll do one soon for version 10. We’ll go through the steps one by one, if you continue to have problems you can email or call me on my cell phone at 310 795-8693.

BEFORE YOU CALL, make sure you already have a username and password, are connecting via DSL or Cable Modem, and it’s not 4 in the morning my time. I am in Los Angeles, CA which is Pacific. - Thanks!

Certain things to know about the teletrainings are: All files are in MP3 audio format, they should play on many different types of systems such as Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Mac, Apple, Linux, etc…

You must have a username and password to listen. (See below for that info)

The current numerical password you use to listen via telephone will also work online. (changes every few weeks-months) Currently the username is “schofield” but you must also have the current teletraining password. Do NOT use the “#” sign with your password like you do via phone.

The files are rather large in size (10 mbs) and are designed for cable and DSL modems. Listening via a dialup connection may be very, very slow and audio may break up at times. The audio file is called “teletraining.mp3″ (for both Susan and Dr. Fred) Teletrainings are typically the most recently recorded. For example, if Dr. Fred speaks on Tuesday morning, we will have that teletraining available online by the next morning. It will remain online until the next recorded teletraining takes its place.

We play our teletrainings in the office during non adjusting hours. It’s a great way to keep the staff informed and motivated. In the future I will show you how to easily wire up your office for internet audio so that you can benefit.

There are so many different ways to do this but the easiest way is probably via windows media player 9.0 or 10.0. If you are going to transfer audio from one source to another, you are on your own.
