| Headaches |
|
Headaches are so common that some people think getting a headache is just normal! Headaches are a symptom indicating that something is wrong. Headaches can present in many different types, such as: - tension - cluster - sinus - migraine - many more A common underlying cause of many of these different headaches is impingement of the nerves of the upper cervical region of the neck.
THE SPINE AND HEADACHES:
Researchers have often noted the relationship between the spine and many types of headaches. For example, one study of 6,000 long-term (2-25 years) headache sufferers revealed that neck injury (whiplash, falls) was the most important factor in the cause of the headach and should be suspected in every nonspecific case of headache.
Clinical Trial Shows Chiropractic Helps Migraines: A clinical trial reported in Medical-News.net on May 22,2005 showed that 72% of migraine sufferers experienced either substantial or noticeable improvement after a period of chiropractic care. The study was a randomized clinical trial over a 20 year period. Dr. Peter Tuchin, was the chief researcher and presented his results in a thesis at Macquarie University in Australia.
The study involved 123 migraine suffers, which was reduced down from approximately 1000 who applied to be part of the study after responding to a TV program. One group received chiropractic care while the other group was a control group who did not receive any actual care but were told they were receiving a form of electrical physical therapy.
The results, around 22% of patients had substantial reduction - which means that more than 60% of their symptoms reduced. What makes this a really strong result is this was a really chronic group - the average length of time they’d had migraines was 18 years.
A good percentage of migraine sufferers do benefit from Chiropractic Adjustments, so for those headache suffers make an appointment today!

Your Spine which houses your Brain-stem and Spinal Cord, is a Miraculous System, Housing an Inborn Life-sustaining force.
This force (Resident Intelligence) when Functioning at 100%, can and does Maintain a State of Alignment, and Homeostasis (health).
The Spine is Made up of 24 movable bones a Sacrum and a Coccyx. It surrounds and Protects the Brain-Stem and Spinal Cord.
One nerve comes out from the spinal cord between each two vertebrae on each side of the spine all the way to the Bottom, therefore there are 31 pairs of Spinal Nerves.
These nerves carry the Inborn Life-sustaining Force from the Central nervous Sytem to the Peripheral nervous system and
to all tissues, cells, organs and systems. This the communication pathway between the brain and the body.
Let me ask you a Question?
What would happen if a Vertebra were to be MisAligned from its normal Position? Could it cause interference to the normal Flow of
Life Force from the Brain-Stem/Spinal cord to the Tissues, Cells, and Organs?
The answer is yes. We call this interference a Vertebral Subluxation Syndrome and
it may cause Altered Function resulting in pain, and a Healing Crisis or Dis-ease.
We as Chiropractors ReAlign the Spinal Bio mechanics thru the Adjustment using the Schofield Functional Chiropractic System.
This removes any interference to the life sustaining force and allows every cell, tissue and organ to function at 100% of their potential.
What a Miraculous System!!! |

What is the secret to your success??
Of course, one of your secrets is to ask the right person, the right question. That means, the person who actually has been in the arena of success. All of us are interested in the "KNOW HOW" to open the secret door. Most of your success is locked in your walls of Jericho. As a truth student, we interpret this to mean, the wall seperating you from where you are to where you want to be. Nearly everyone has built a wall around Jericho.
"So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before them, and they took the city". Joshua 6:20
This walled city you are not able to enter, for it contains your infinite supply, your devinely deisgned success, your hearts desire, the fuel for the journey is De-SIRE, and De-SIRE means, of the, from the, Father from the Resident Intelligence. Therefore, let us watch our De-SIREs, what kind of walls have you built around you?? There are many bricks to this wall, anger, blame, criticism, and resentment are just a few of the bricks that builld the wall. When you make an affirmation of truth, your wall of Jericho comes down. Vividly visualize in your mind's eye the wall falling down. This is the WORD of real-eyes-ation,"realization" which manifests your prosperity. Raise the antenna, with WORDS and THOTS, POWERTHOTS, which send out a frequency, which demolishes these walls and opens the doors to your Prosperity.
With this inside-out philosophy, remove the walls by affirming the walls of prosperity, and enter into success.

What it takes to be No. 1
by Vincent Lombardi
Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all the time thing. You don't win once in a while; you don't do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
There is no room for second place. There is only one place in my game, and that's first place. I have finished second twice in my time at Green Bay, and I don't ever want to finish second again. There is a second place bowl game, but it is a game for losers played by losers. It is and always has been an American zeal to be first in anything we do, and to win, and to win, and to win.
Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up--from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. That's O.K. You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.
Running a football team is no different than running any other kind of organization--any army, a political party or a business. The principles are the same. The object is to win---to beat the other guy. Maybe that sounds hard or cruel. I don't think it is.
It is a reality of life that men are competitive and the most competitive games draw the most competitive men. That's why they are there---to compete. To know the rules and objectives when they get in the game. The object is to win fairly, squarely, by the rules--but to win.
And in truth, I've never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart, didn't appreciate the grind, the discipline. There is something in good men that really yearns for discipline and the harsh reality of head to head combat.
I don't say these things because I believe in the "brute" nature of man or that men must be brutalized to be combative. I believe in God, and I believe in human decency. But I firmly believe that any man's finest hour---his greatest fulfillment to all he holds dear---is that moment when he has to work his heart out in a good cause and he's exhausted on the field of battle---victorious.
